ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
The Marine Animal Rescue Specialist programme combines animal rescue capabilities with marine and aquatic operational skills. The programme covers advanced first aid, CPR, oxygen therapy and AED operation alongside boat operations, navigation and deep diving techniques. Training also addresses animal handling, animal behaviour, restraint and release techniques, advanced animal first aid, chemical capture and rescue from unstable environments such as mud, ice and sludge, together with decontamination, communication, incident reporting and analysis.
