This programme introduces participants to the safe operation of powerboats under 2NT, covering manoeuvring, mooring, night navigation and vessel maintenance alongside CPR, first aid, radio communication, lifesaving skills and fire-fighting procedures. It equips learners with the licensed competencies required to operate powerboats and respond to onboard emergencies
