This comprehensive programme covers casualty assessment, basic life support, CPR and AED usage, trauma management, bleeding control, and fracture and burn care, alongside disaster response, triage and casualty evacuation. It equips participants with the medical first response skills needed to assess, stabilise and manage casualties in emergency and disaster situations.

Conduct primary and secondary patient assessment across medical and trauma presentations

Recognise and manage medical, environmental, obstetric and paediatric emergencies
Triage and manage patients in single- and multi-casualty incidents
Provide medical support during confined space, height and water rescue operations and coordinate handover to advanced medical teams
